§1. Postanowienia ogólne

§2. Definicje

Klient, Konsument, Produkt, Zamówienie, Treści cyfrowe.

§3–§7. Zamówienia, płatności, dostawa

Płatności przez Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
Udostępnienie natychmiast po potwierdzeniu płatności.
Ceny w PLN, zawierają VAT o ile dotyczy.

§3. Płatności (Przelewy24)

Obsługę płatności online świadczy PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24), ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
PayPro S.A. jest krajową instytucją płatniczą. Płatność jest potwierdzana niepowtarzalnym numerem płatności nadawanym przez Serwis Przelewy24.
Metody płatności: szybki przelew online, BLIK, karty płatnicze, przelew tradycyjny oraz inne udostępnione w bramce.
Reklamacje dotyczące procesu płatności można kierować do Sprzedawcy na adres e‑mail wskazany w Regulaminie lub bezpośrednio do PayPro S.A. (adres powyżej) zgodnie z ich regulaminem.
Dostarczanie treści cyfrowych następuje niezwłocznie po potwierdzeniu płatności.

§8. Odstąpienie

Art. 38 pkt 13 – brak prawa odstąpienia po wyrażeniu zgody i rozpoczęciu świadczenia treści cyfrowych.

§9. Reklamacje

coinplex@coinplex.edu.pl – termin rozpatrzenia 14 dni.

§10–§16. RODO, BOK, spory, odpowiedzialność, zmiany

We sell digital content (e-books, courses) and accept voluntary contributions.

2. Orders & Payments

Payments processed by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.). Access is granted once payment is confirmed.

3. Payments (Przelewy24)

Online payments are processed by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24), Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0000347935, NIP (VAT) 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
PayPro S.A. is a licensed national payment institution. Each payment receives a unique payment ID assigned by Przelewy24.
Payment methods: online bank transfer, BLIK, payment cards, traditional bank transfer, and other methods available in the gateway.
Complaints regarding the payment process may be submitted to the Seller (contact e‑mail in these Terms) or directly to PayPro S.A. (address above) in line with their terms.
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal after consenting to immediate delivery of digital content (Polish Consumer Rights Act, Art. 38(13)).

4. Complaints

2. Bestellungen & Zahlungen

Zahlungen über Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.). Zugriff erfolgt nach Zahlungsbestätigung.

3. Zahlungen (Przelewy24)

Online‑Zahlungen werden über PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) abgewickelt, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60‑198 Poznań, Polen, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
PayPro S.A. ist ein zugelassenes nationales Zahlungsinstitut. Jede Zahlung erhält eine eindeutige Zahlungs‑ID von Przelewy24.
Zahlungsarten: Online‑Überweisung, BLIK, Zahlungskarten, klassische Überweisung sowie weitere in der Zahlstelle verfügbare Methoden.
Beschwerden zum Zahlungsprozess können an den Verkäufer (Kontakt‑E‑Mail in diesen AGB) oder direkt an PayPro S.A. (Adresse oben) gemäß deren Bedingungen gerichtet werden.
Digitale Inhalte werden unmittelbar nach Zahlungsbestätigung bereitgestellt.

3. Widerruf

Kein Widerrufsrecht nach Zustimmung zur sofortigen Bereitstellung digitaler Inhalte (polnisches Verbraucherrecht, Art. 38(13)).

4. Reklamationen
